The whole of the U21 squad has been registered for the first round, leaves space for just a couple of first teamers.

Yes they did mate.

Rhyl's stadium is probably the only one better than Newtowns in the league tho.

Cover on 3 sides as opposed to on one and a bit at Latham Park.

Newtown as 1300 seats, Rhyl has 1800.

They reckon the capacity at newtown is 5000 but no way could you fit that many in comfortably.

If you need to know anything about WPL clubs I can fill you in. We would stuff them.

Swiss

Been to Kaunas as well when we played Suduva.

Belgrade was a cracking place when we got hammered by partizan.

I'd love us ot get Kaunas in Lithunania. Spent 4 months working there. Certainly would be a trip down memory lane.

If we draw Bala we would play at Rhyl, the stadium only holds enough for about 2000 seated. I would get in free anyway as i would be a steward for that game.

As for teams abroad I have followed Rhyl several times in the Champs League and the UEFA as was. I have visited Latvia, Lithuania (twice), Serbia, Finland, Norway and Ireland.

Countries like Finland and Norway tend to be cheap to get their but bloody expensive once you are there.

Countries like Lithuania and Latvia are the opposite.

From that list the teams that Rhyl have played are Skonto Riga and Atlantas (apart from Newtown, Bala & Airbus obvs).

Riga is decent, bit seedy at night but all good.

Atlantas is a shithole, we stayed in Vilnius for a night before heading to Atlantas on a mega long bus journey. I know the best hotel to stay in tho now, has a casino and a gentlemans floor ;-)

Strømsgodset would be an absolute touch for me. It's in Drammen which is half hour from Oslo. You'd love the long summer nights, boys. Just when you think it might get dark, it gets fully light again and you feel ready for another session.

Yeah I make it 17 seeded teams in the Northern region, add Poland & Denmark makes 21 against 24 unseeded teams, so they will have to pull 3 seeded sides across by the looks of it but that shouldn't effect us.

Not sure cos none of those countries had 1st qualifying rd teams last year and 2nd qualifying round was not grouped North and South.

I'd presume it'll be geographical with Poland and Denmark in our section, the other 4 in the South so they may have to change things up a bit.

And we bought Tommy McQueen from Aberdeen, though I have very little memory of him playing for us (at a time when I used to go much more frequently than I do now)

Never played AberdEEN competitively.

We have stuffed AberdARE 5-0 in the FA Cup, though

Well I suppose that'll be some of the money recouped from the £6m odd the Fat Man cost us over the last month or two :-)
